In accordance with Article 4, Section 4.5 of the Bylaws Sapphire Enclave Homeowners Association you are hereby given notice of the 2024 Annual Meeting of the members scheduled for August 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM CST at the Colleyville Center. The Association is a non-profit corporation and as such is required to hold an annual meeting under the laws of the State of Texas.

Meeting Topics To Include:

• 2025 Budget Review
• Christmas Lights
• Community Updates
o Assessments for Capital Works
• Board Elections

*The agenda will be posted to the website no less than ten (10) days before the meeting date.

The homeowners will elect one (1) homeowner to the Board of Directors as in accordance with the Bylaws recorded in Tarrant County.

Voting will be conducted via electronic absentee voting and voting during the meeting via Zoom. Please ensure you have provided your email address. Absentee ballots are mailed to your home upon request. Please see timeline of voting on page two of this notice for more details.

Should quorum fail to be met for the Annual Meeting, the Sapphire Enclave Homeowners Association will hold its Second Annual Meeting, as a self-governed association, on August 13, 2024 at 6:05pm.
